No. Eschericha coli is a bacterium (that lives in the gut). Leukemia is cancer of the blood and bone marrow. The cause of most forms of leukemia is unknown. It is however very unlikely that a bacterium from which we benefit (or even are dependent on) is the cause of cancer.
