An extremely long exposure to Microwaves can be a little bad to your health. Ultraviolet waves can cause sunburn. Exposure to X-rays can be bad. Its the gamma rays that you need to worry about because they are deadly. That's only one part of the electromagnetic spectrum so there really is nothing to worry about. Only if you are in outer space. So again, some part of the electromagnetic spectrum is dangerous.
