There are a couple medical conditions that have "elephant" in their name:

• Elephantiasis - a syndrome of swollen legs and arms that develops in some people infected by a particular parasitic worm.
• "Elephant Man disease" or, more properly, Proteus syndrome - a very rare condition where the organs and bones don't stop growing, but do so asymmetrically.
