Every person on each is "part scientist". That means, we all are (1) curious (2) question things (3) make guesses, which scientists call "hypothesizing" and (4.) when our guesses are wrong, we make one or several new hypotheses. As such, we all have the mind of a scientist, but less trained. Scientists learn to separate out their biases, and how to avoid faulty conclusions. Scientists learn how to create an experiment or controlled study to test out their hypotheses. That is the only difference between "every person" and a scientist.
