I would say that it is about inbetween. it's not too slow, but it's not too fast.
It can be either. It all depends on the environment. If that doesn't change much over time, evolution will not either.
A long generation time makes for a slow evolution rate, and a short generation time makes for a fast evolution rate.
The basic theory of evolution is this: Once upon a time, there was a population of cheetahs. There were some fast and some slow. They had to hunt, and since the slow one's couldn't catch the antelopes, many died. Then there were more faster cheetahs left and so a greater chance of two fast cheetahs mating/reproducing. This continued for a while until only fast cheetahs existed. This is called "natural selection."

not a fast but slow

slow-fast-slow (Apex)
Slow evolution refers to a gradual process of change in species over long periods of time through natural selection and genetic variation. It often involves small, incremental changes in traits that accumulate over generations, leading to the diversification of species and the development of different characteristics. This slow pace of evolution contrasts with rapid evolutionary changes that can occur in response to sudden environmental shifts or selective pressures.
slow
fast and slow
ones fast and ones slow
A lion is slow and fast because, when it is just walking it is slow but when it is hunting it is super fast.
kinkajous are not very fast animals or very slow animals actually they are very slow and fast animals
