Although in DragonBallGT Goku and Vegeta are evenly matched due ssj4, in DBZ Goku is stronger. Goku can upgrade up ssj3, whereas Vegeta cannot. But, in my opinion, DragonBallGT SUCKS!!! Not to mention Dragonball Z Kai. I highly recommend DragonBall Z over all. In the new (fan made) DragonBall AF series, Goku achieves ssj5, making him stronger.So Goku is stronger than Vegeta. Goku IS also the strongest Anime character ever.

yes although you don't see it yet naruto comes soooooo much stronger in the manga but naruto no longer wants to fight but i guess that's how it is once he has the power he no longer needs it. he will learn new powers that are amazingly strong and im not a naruto fan boy but anyone that has read the manga knows how much stronger he becomes even without going to to 8 TAILED DEVIL FOX FORM
Is Sasuke stronger than naruto in Shippuden?
Sasuke is meant to be seen as stronger, in the beginning, than Naruto for specific reasons. Kishimoto wanted Sasuke especially in part I to seem always one step ahead of Naruto, so he was a formidable rival. Sasuke was created to be a character that seemed like he could learn everything easily and right away, do difficult jutsu with ease, etc., making him quite the opposite of Naruto, who struggled with certain jutsu and techniques. Now in part II we can see that Sasuke's strength and ability is almost rivaled by Naruto's strength and ability. Both have defeated notorious enemies. They both have their own special techniques that are very powerful and can cause much damage. Sasuke with his Sharingan abilities, Naruto with the Rasengan and Sage mode...they are almost, arguably, equal in strength as of right now.

After hearing what he did to Sakura when he was transforming into the Nine Tails, he swore to not use the Nine Tails Chakra unless he really needed to. Even Naruto in his rampage mode wouldn't do anything to him. Kimimaro could've destroyed Naruto while he was sick and in normal form, while Gaara fended him even in his 2nd Stage. In the begginning of Shippuden, Gaara again was much stronger than him. Naruto wasn't all that tough back then, seriously. But now (I'm talking about the MANGA, sorry anime-fans for the lil spoiler), it is unconfirmed, as both of them isn't showing their all, but I will say they're ridiculously strong.
