I watched the whole first season on FastPassTv. Just type 'Fastpasstv' into google and click the first link, then just search 'Glee' in the search bar and there you have it. Click the episode you want to watch and it'll bring up a list of links. Select the 'Wisevid' link and it'll open a new window, just click 'take me to the video' and then 'yes let me watch' for the mature content question and itll open the video. I know it seems labourious but its good, free and reliable. It sounds more complicated than it is. Tell me how it goes :)
