Everybody has fat even at least a tiny bit, fat itself is only dangerous if its too much like overweight or obese.. then it leads to High Blood pressure, hypertension, type I and type II diabetes, high cholesterol, psychological complications, heart failure, Heart disease, heart attack, stroke, Gallstones and gallbladder disorders, gout,

  • Some types of cancer -such as endometrial, breast, prostate, and colon. And when you get older its harder to lose fat.

It is neither a disease nor a sickness. It is a term used to describe loose connective tissue composed of fat cells. The main purpose of fat is to store excess energy; however, fat has many other purposes including, but not limited to hormone production and insulation.

The hormone leptin is produced by adipose (fat) tissue and there have been a few cases in which a defect in the leptin gene results in genetic obesity; however, this appears to be rare. It is much more common to find mutations in appetite suppressors and their receptors.
