No it bodily waste
No. It's "waste."
Faeces is made up of waste materials and mucus as much as 75% is water based.
it is the large intestine
Feces technically is not stored, it is held in the Descending Colon until its is ready to be expelled.
Cows are quite efficient at breaking down coarse roughage into tiny pieces and that a lot of water is involved in digesting them. Because of that these tiny pieces compile into sloppy cow-patties.
the anus
the colon
Large intestine
It could be any number of things from worms, to infection, to organ failure. If your cat has blood in its feces, take it to the vet immediately.
Human feces (or stools) are produced by the entire digestive system.
The rectum is the organ that holds indigestible matter before defecation. Feces are expelled through the anus.
The organ at the end of the digestive tract is the rectum. It's job is to hold feces inside until you defecate. Or basically, have a poo. :)
