Well, that sort of depends because all birds are different and may have different reactions to someone feeding them. It also depends on the type of food. Some birds have difficulty digesting a certain food that other bird easily eat. One kind of dumb thing is when people feed birds when there is a DO NOT FEED THE BIRDSsign. Don't do that because people have reasons for signs like that.
