No, not at all; however, it is a complicated simulation and there are many keys that will be fully unfamiliar to you and it will take time - trials - before you even know which keys you might want to map to your controller. There are also beginner missions that are literally click and fly - and you learn as you go. Enjoy - it's a blast.
