That depends on what you see as Asian food. The Asian food that westerners eat in country's like Australia can go both ways. For example A plate of boiled rice with a lightly stir fried mixture of vegetable to the side and some chicken infused with one of the many Asian flavours is a good healthy meal. However there is also the the quick take away where literally everything is cooked in oil drained back int he pan flavour added thrown on top if fried rice and served. this would be unhealthy if eaten on a regular basis.
