The button is supposed to be DOWN ( if the button has popped up then the
switch is " tripped " and no power is going to the electric fuel pump )

The ignition switch is in the steering column..that's where you insert the key to start the vehicle.
put it in neutral then try to start it.
Try resetting the fuel cut off switch and see if the engine will start
try to start it turn switch off and back on and leave the switch on for 10 mins. try to start again and turn the switch off and back on for another 10 mins.try to start again turn the switch off and back on for another 10 mins.this should reset the computer and it should start
