No he is not funny, he just goes off stupid latin sterotypes and issues and makes horrible jokes and horrible impressions. I have no idea how he has gotten this famous and I have no idea why he is a comedian when he lacks so much there is to being a comedian. Unless your a ditzy person who thinks how he plays off stupid stereotypes very poorly, and does impressions very poorly, then he is a funny person in anyone's opinion that has no taste or understanding of humor. He sucks up to the latin community and he plays on issues for viticrats.
