It depends. Getting too tan too much can lead to skin cancer later on in life. Or it could have negligible effects. Keep in mind that some people can get severely burned many times and not get skin cancer later. But others many not receive much sunlight and still get cancer.

But also, tanning isn't "healthy" because it is not beneficial to your health.
