The reality is, as per the UGC, the admissions to M.Phil. programme through distance mode ONLY be invalid if enrolled after 01/June/2009 otherwise (i.e. before the mentioned date) would be 100% valid and hence its recognized too..
Therefore, M.Phil is absolutely recognized from TGOU, Nagaland if enrolled before 01/June/2009.
It is also further informed that after the new rule introduced by the UGC, TGOU stopped admissions to its M.Phil. and Ph.D. courses.
