I treid it out for about a year and found that it did nothing at all. so I gave up on it My brother was on it for years and ended up coming to the same conclusion, I have Rheumatoid arthritis and he has a problem with osteopath Arthritis. Glucosamine quite simply claims that because it is an element in cartilage that if you eat swallow glucosomine you will strengthen the remaining cartilage. this is a lot of nonsense as the make up of cartilage is far more complex than that. Add to this that there is no actual evidence anywhere to be had that it works and I would say that the conclusion I came too is accurate.
