It depends on what you eat. Purely becoming Vegan does not ensure weight loss. In order to lose weight, you will need to burn more calories than you consume in a day, so even if you eat Vegan, you could still be eating unhealthy food. Here is a link to a "skinny" Vegan diet that should be able to help you lose weight. http://www.webmd.com/diet/features/skinny-diet-not-big-on-meatw-sweets
You certainly could lose weight on a vegan diet if you choose to, but going vegan won't guarantee that you will lose weight. You can still over eat even if everything you are eating is vegan.
The vegan diet plan means that you aren't going to eat or drink anything that has to do with animals such as meat, eggs, or cheese. You can lose some weight this way.
Eating a vegan diet can help with weight loss, as long as it is balanced and appropriately portioned. Vegan diets tend to be lower in calories and saturated fat than diets that include animal products. They are also high in fiber, which can help to keep you feeling full for longer, and may help to promote weight loss by reducing appetite. One of the key things to keep in mind when following a vegan diet for weight loss is to be mindful of portion sizes, as well as the types of foods you are consuming. Yes, turbinado is vegan. It is often used as a replacement for refined granulated white sugar in recipes. The reason why your traditional white refined sugar is not considered vegan (or vegetarian), is because most refineries (not all) use the bone char method of making the sugar white. Turbinado sugar uses the expel-press method. It's safe for vegan diets.
No ... they contain skim milk.
Most likely
There are many people who actually use vegan diets! Their reasons for going vegan differ, but there are many people out there who choose to live their lives as vegans.
They lose weight and get sick less!
If he doesn't like your weight, he's not into you. You might want to try weight lossprograms or starting a Vegan diet. I recommend mostly a Vegan diet. Look up what Vegan is if you don't know. You'll be surprised. If that doesn't work for you, try and find clothes that look good on you, but make you look less over weight. Good luck! :-) And if he doesnt like you for who you really are or if he doesnt like your weight, he probably doesnt not the meaning of love, he should like you for whatever weight you are! ;-)
That depends on many factors including how much you currently weigh, how many calories you eat per day after becoming vegan, and how many calories you expend per day after becoming vegan.
Was a dietition involved in vegan diet
Keeping weight on is a challenge for vegans--I personally have never seen a fat one (perhaps they do exist, however).
