Gold has been around for a while. However, I would say iron is the oldest. I say this because ancient man dealt with it long before gold was ever discovered, or before man would put a value on it. Mostly used for tools and weapons, and then the historical event of the Iron Age all played an important part for this metal.
It is unknown exactly how old all metals are, presumably all metals have been around since the Big Bang, or the Creation event, whichever you happen to believe in. Just because they remained undiscovered doesn't mean they did not pre-date other metals or that other metals predated them. The honest answer is that it is unknown.
