The EP on Gorham silver means "electro plating". It is not a sterling silver piece.

Chantilly is a pattern. Sterling silver is not pure silver, it is 925 parts out of a thouand, or 92.5% silver

Do not take my input as definitive... I found one at my local Goodwill for $3.99 and Goodwill online has one for $5.00. E-bay has one for $10.99, and replacements.com for $15.99.
Do these two silverware companies use sterling silver or silverplate: Internationl & co., and Imperial.
Silver soldered was a fancy name for silverplate. 77 is likley a pattern or design number...
