Check with your local law enforcement to be certain, but people in my area grow them in their backyards for decoration fairly frequently. They are a very large plant which needs support, but a tall, strong trellis can hold them up effectively. They can grow as tall as 30 feet if supported to that height, and can weigh several hundred pounds. I have seen them also growing over a large pergola (for shade) as well. Be prepared -- they are verypungent.
To my knowledge, they are legal to grow (and possess) in all 50 states. There is nothing illegal about them. No more illegal than growing barley. It may be possible for local regulations around the hop growing areas of Oregon and Washington state to protect their industry. I myself grow hops in Minnesota.

What is the role of the mango tree growing in the backyard of Mendoza's house?
Backyard wrestling is generally considered illegal due to the risks of injury to participants, lack of proper regulation, and potential liability issues for property owners. It is important to ensure that any wrestling events take place in a safe and regulated environment to prevent legal repercussions.

Yes.
It is illegal in many places to bury your pet in your own backyard. To find out if it is legal in Florida, contact your local health department.
wisteria vines are taking over my backyard, how do i stop them from growing, or get rid of them
This depends on how you structure your backyard. If your next door neighbors' kids can't help but see you skinny-dipping or otherwise naked in your pool or backyard then it is illegal. But if you have privacy fencing and kids try to climb over it to take a peek at you, then it's not illegal.
No. Growing is either a verb transitive or a gerund. v. trans: He was growing tomatoes in his backyard. Gerund: Growing plants is a great hobby.
Nelson
Yes. It is. If you are looking for a state that it IS legal in, than I suggest Ohio. There are practically no limitations on backyard fighting.
