I would go for GTA 4 its has better graphics and a more realistic physics engine amazing online play and much more if you get it for the 360 there are also 2 down-loadable content packs you can download or buy on disc at a store. Those packs are "the lost and the damed" and "the ballad of gay tony" which both look very good but i haven't bought them because I have a PS3 and they are 360 exclusives. GTA 4 has a shorter story but is more enjoyable in my opinion and if you include online play GTA 4 is much longer. There are also Trophy's/Achievements for GTA 4 which there are not for Lcs.
