the simple truth is the amount of urban violence that is found in cities across America.Look at the city,s of St.louis,Chicago,Detroit,philadelphia,Los Angeles etc.all have rising homicide rates directly related to gang violence and no respect for the law in these cities.While it is difficult to admit by the politicians in these cities.It is a fact that they do not have the finacial resources and manpower to control the population of young adults in these urban centers.Another cause is that there is no jobs fo these young adults.If you look at the crime statistics for suburban,and rural communities across this nation,you will find a much lower homicide rate which is inline with all major devoleped countries.In many ways the urban homicide rate is the excuse used for gun control by the liberal minds of this nation.They cannot control the urban population and gun violence,so they belieive that disarming all citizens will control urban gun violence.Almost all urban violence is commited by unregistered handguns,and stolen handguns which is a byproduct of urban living.If you look at the right to carry laws now being passed by many states,this will show a reduction in violent crime across the board where this has been implimented.Sometimes you have to look through the fog to see the real reasons for gun violence.15% of the population are commiting 90% of the homicides in the United States.
