No he is a water/flying type
No... you can only get Magikarp (which evolves into Gyrados, but Magikarp itself is not dragon type until evolution) and Dratini (which evolves into Dragonair, then Dragonite).
No! Even though outrage is 120 damage, Gyrados is able to with stand outrage too at least 3 hits, not two, but three. I tried this out a bunch of times, my facts are right, and if Dragonite and Gyrados are in a battle head to head, Gyrados would cream Dragonite because he can know dragon rage, and dragon type moves are super effective against dragon Pokemon. So no, a Dragonite can NOT faint a Gyrados in two hits.
very simple dragon types are weak to dragon types so if you have a gyrados (sorry cant spell) he can learn dragon moves so use them on the dragon type you want and once he is low on health use a type of pokeball on him (use dusk, ultra or the best you have)
altaria, gyrados are some of which i know of.
I would either add a Water Type, Grass Type, or Dragon Type. Good water could be a Spheal. Good grass could be Shiftry, and good dragon could be either Gyrados or Rayquaza. Good Luck!
it can learn dragon fang, shadow crunch, water mirror, dragon tail
no,gyrados has a water 2/dragon egg group and flygon has a bug egg group
because it becomes gyrados a much stronger and rare dragon type

A fire type
If you are talking about the Johto region one, I'd say use Electric type for her Gyrados and Ice type for the rest. Clair specializes in Dragon types, even though most of her Pokemon aren't dragon types anyway.
Gyrados is #130 in the national pokedex, and it is a Water-Flying type Pokemon.
