How much does it cost to have someone put down drywall all together?

in southern Tennessee the average cost is 6 dollars per board to hang the sheetrock(4 x 12 sheets) and 12 dollars per board to finish it. This is for the number of boards purchased, One quick note, when hanging sheetrock most people will not piece sheetrock they will only use full sheets, this seem like alot of waste but it results in a look that is smooth and neat. Can you put sheetrock over tiles?

You cannot use sheetrock as flooring, period. If you meant on a wall, there is no reason you cannot put sheetrock over tiles. The question is why would you want to! Why not remove tiles and material behind, which is probably sheetrock, and then install new sheetrock. If it is an area prone to moisture you could use moisture resistant sheetrock. The job would look better and you would not lose the space by adding over existing material.
