From what I've heard - yes it is a good school. However, there are many other private high schools that stand up to Havergal, such as St. Clements, and BSS.
Havergal College was created in 1894.
Beatrix Havergal died in 1980.
Giles Havergal was born in 1938.
Havergal College is way better because the girls are more outgoing, spirited and well-rounded (in school and social life). Plus, its new fitness wing, arts wing and junior school wing are amazing! Also the environment they are in is completely different. The entrance to BSS is very serious and makes the school seem as though its only a place to do work. Also the girls at BSS don't seem as comfortable with themselves as the girls at Havergal.
