This is something for the vet, not for you to experiment with. if the cat is so sick they need antibiotics they need to see a vet. Don't ever inject anything unless you got training by a vet to do so.

That used to happen with cyanide and many others. But lab tech has evolved... so please don't kill that guy. They'll catch you. With diabetics, you can inject them large amounts of insulin and no-one will ever know if it was you or they did it wrong.
