dont know wat it does!...for the 1st time use it shriked the pile and relieved the pain...but once you stop the medication, after a week...again ur constipation starts...makes ur life miserable while pooo!.and tats it..it comes again...so with Himalaya products, it never goes...only goes for a while and comes again!
