No, Baptism is a ceremony to bless the one being baptized, welcoming them to Christian faith, a little more like a Christening. Communian is more like Mass; you go up to the front, row by row (usually, sometimes things are brought to you) and are blessed, and given wine (Christ's blood) and bread (Christ's body).

Communion is a sacrament commanded by the Scriptures while confirmation is a process established by the church. The purpose of Communion is to proclaim Christ's saving death for us until he comes, and the purpose of confirmation is to fully instruct someone of what it means to be a Christian in a particular church.
