NO! Despite what Brad and Steven say or think. Honey is not a condiment. It is a food stuff with more uses than a condiment. It along with many other food stuffs can be used as a condiment, however, this does not limit it to always being labeled as such.

A honey drink is a drink where honey is used to sweeten it instead of sugar.

Condiments are salt, pepper, vinegar, mustard, or pickle that is used to add flavour to food. So, tea and sugar are not classed as condiments.
Most condiment packages from restaurants last 1-2 years. Honey, vinegar, salt, and sugar can last indefinitely. Artificial sweeteners you can eat at your own risk.
