Horse riding at the olympics is Equastrian you can also play this on mario and sonic at the london olympics gamesAt the Olympic games the equestrian sports include:Cross Country (endurance/jumping outside of an arena)Eventing (cross country, dressage, and show jumping)Show Jumping (jumping in an arena)Dressage (considered to be "dancing with horses")Hope that helps, sorry if I forgot anything. I know polo used to be in the Olympics, but I do not believe it is anymore.
Depends what you mean... The three separate events in the Olympics are Dressage, Show Jumping and Eventing. One horse would only do one of these, but eventing is a triathalon consisting of dressage, show jumping and cross country, in which the same horse would complete all three.
There is no horse racing in modern Olympics. The current Olympic equestrian disciplines are Dressage, Eventing, and Jumping.
dressage, show jumping, and cross country jumping
Individual and team show jumping, individual and team eventing, and individual and team dressage.
A Hunter.-------------------------A horse that is used for Show Jumping is called either a Jumper or a Show Jumper.-------------------------------This would be an english ridden horse. "Show Jumper" is the horse. Show Jumping would be the competition it competes in.
Show jumping ,also known as "stadium jumping" or "jumpers," is a member of a family of English riding equestrian events that also includes dressage, eventing, hunters and equitation. Jumping classes are commonly seen at horse shows throughout the world, including the Olympics.
An unmounted horse jumping competition is called "horseless show jumping" or "unmounted equitation jumping." Riders can practice their jumping technique without the aid of a live horse by visualizing the course and jumps.
All horse related events e.g show jumping, but that is the only one.
Yes........ there is also dressage and eventing
