No, hydrochloric acid is actually a very strong acid, with a pH of 0 on a scale of 0 to 14, with the lower numbers being the most acidic. But that doesn't mean it's the strongest acid on the planet. Other acids, like the carbonic superacids, are much much MUCH stronger.
