No. It binds to opioid receptors in the central nervous system mainly in the brain. The placing of the receptors affect the action of the opioid. They act as CNS depressives.

ACE inhibitors have effect on blood pressure and renal elimination. It has no similarities with painkillers such as Hydrocodone
