I don't think there is anything called an iTouch. There's an iPod Touch which is very much like the iPhone but there are differences. These differences are for the 5th generation.
The iPhone has a newer, faster processor
The iPhone has cell phone ability the iPod doesn't
The basic iPod has twice as much memory as the basic iPhone
The iPod is slightly thinner
The iPhone camera is 8 megapixels and the iPod 5
The iPod weighs a little less
