as many scientists have said ice does not stop or reduce swelling it only makes it appear gone i just finished my medical degree and when the doctors said this i was shocked i always used this method but actually it worsens the bruise or injury i would suggest buying some creams and a good quality ones are the best take this into consideration XXX also peas are also bad dont forget t.v lies !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
