Is inferno spear a real Pokemon move?

As of Generation V (Black, White, Black 2, White 2), there is no move called Inferno Spear. However, there is a move introduced in Gen. V called Inferno. The Pokemon that are able to learn Inferno are:

Vulpix lvl 44 (Black & White) or lvl 50 (Black 2 & White 2)
