The game was made by Treyarch and not Infinity Ward who makes Modern Warfare. The made 3 Map Packs and now are making new ones for the latest game Black Ops

There will be no zombies in Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3. Zombies is not even something that Infinity Ward finds desirable and MW3 will not include the weapons needed for something like zombies.
