If you are a female, it does not hurt so bad, only when they put it in.
If you are a male, it CAN hurt a lot, i watched it on YouTube, it made a man, like 50 or 60, wimper AND scream. BUT if you relax, you WILL still feel it, but it is not as scary!
I have heard only the entering and taking it out hurts. inside, it feels like A LOT of preasure. You may feel the tube. it tickles alittle.
I guess catheters hurt to everybody, but it is nothing to worry about.
it takes 10 minutes usually.
if you are a male, they put this stuff over your penis, so it makes it COLD, really cold, BUT it helps the pain.
if you are a female, they dont numb it. females.... well, it does not reallt hurt to females. a man has a much more sencitive private place.
Besides, usually the people who do it are female nurses, and they remind you to breath in, lay back, and relax.
so, do not worry. it is like knives going up ur penis or vagina.
but it is NOT as bad as it seems.

The doctors decided to do an invasive procedure that would be painful and prolong my recovery time...
Pulmonary artery catheterization is a potentially complicated and invasive procedure. The doctor must decide if the value of the information obtained will outweigh the risk of catheterization.
Since ERUS is a minor invasive procedure, there is no aftercare
The procedure is minimally invasive, and results in very little blood loss and short recovery times.

Yes, that's correct, although arthroscopy isn't always used for treatment; sometimes it's just used for examination.Yes it is a minimal invasive procedure
Urine is the catheter tube is "fresher" than urine sitting in the collection bag, often sitting for many hours.
