No. On June 12, 1967, the United States Supreme Court decided the case Loving v. Virginia; in a unanimous 9-0 decision, the Court ruled that any laws against interracial marriage in the US were unconstitutional and therefore no longer enforceable. At the time of the decision, such laws existed in 17 states.
Although the laws were rendered unconstitutional, they still remained on the books. The last two states to remove the laws from the books were South Carolina (in 1998), and Alabama (in 2000).

Some old heads might believe that doves should stick with doves and black birds with black birds but that is the old thinking. just like same-sex relations, everyone one has the right to love. And because their are some many other hot guys (if your a heterosexual guy, girls) in the world than that are just in your race.
