No, not yet at least. The patent will run out in December 2013 so hopefully it will make its way to Japan afterwards. In the meantime I recommend seeing a dermatologist and getting a Valtrex prescription or ointment prescription. If that's not possible you'll have to make due with the drugstore brands which aren't bad but dont get the job done like abreva.
