Sure, if you don't mind getting your socks dirty and people giving you funny looks!
yes because it is the new "fad" the new style, the color goes better than a pair of nike basketball shoes
Japanese school students are not forced to wear loose socks, but in most schools in Japan pupils must wear socks such as knee-highs or thigh-highs as part of their uniform. Scrunchy socks can be an option; some school girls wear them as a fashion object and to keep warm in the winter. Along with the knee-highs and thigh-highs, some schools add them as a part of the uniform for fashion, equality, femininity and to keep legs warm.
No, it's just up to you and what's comfortable, with this shoes you can also wear an usually banned color like white and light coloured socks. Though when in shorts, you better stick to ankle socks, with which apply the same color rule you follow with long pants, so you can still wear white socks unlike when you wear loafers.
Depending of the occasion. For a wedding, if you are just a regular guest, I think it's ok to wear a suit without a tie. Better is to ask your friends. Depends on the formality of the wedding.
Men can where slides (as in the footware), it's really just a personal preference. Being from an area near the ocean you see that quite a lot. Also, most of my friends wear socks when they use them, so yeah.
Yes as long as your parts don't suck the in fly's of your jeans
it really matters how long the socks are, but it would look ok, i guess
ok, so this depends obviously on your restrictions: -> roll your skirt up a bit, not to much though -> roll the sleeves of your shirt, to give a more femine look -> wear your hair in new and exiting ways -> wear socks that come to about half way up your shin -> if you have a tie wear it loose -> depending on the length of your shirt and where your buttons sit, undo your top button -> wear some nice jewellery and earings -> wear a nice head band depending on your hairstyle HOPEFULLY THIS HELPS :)
they wear shoes, mankinnies ans socks (not Michael Jackson ones though)
why it is ok to not wear a seatbelt
