In my opinion, i think that you should ask the girl before you text her, because she will be mad or freaked out because you have her number. It is a lot better to get her permission too! Maybe her parents are really strict and she can get in trouble about it. PLEASE JUST TALK TO HER ABOUT IT BEFORE YOU DO SOMETHING THAT YOU WILL REGRET!!! :)
