Yes it is a bad idea really because the chances of them actually getting along are low, also the older guinea pig will feel threatened and they will probably start fighting. So best not to put them together
Get 2 young ones of the same sex, boys or girls, and handle them frequently (but gently).
This isn't a very good idea. A young guinea pig will still have the scent of its mother, so there's every chance the father will try to breed with it, or even fight with it. It's better to put a young guinea pig in a separate cage completely.
yes but no its always about you
Guinea pigs are very gentle creatures and rarely bite, however she will be very protective over her young. It is definitely not a good idea to handle the young until they are old enough.
maybe not for a girl. but boys mature way later then girls so it might not be that good of an idea. maybe not for a girl. but boys mature way later then girls so it might not be that good of an idea.
What a cute idea! Medieval costumes for young girls could be a damsel, a queen, a princess, a serving girl, a peasant, a sorceress, a more Shakespearean type witch, and for a famous Medieval girl how about Joan of Arc?
Yes. I have 2 guinea pigs, both of which sneeze. A lot. It's no big deal so u shouldn't worry about it. If you think your guinea pig is sick take it to a vet- DO NOT TRY TO TREAT IT YOURSELF! It's not a very good idea.
i have no idea what you are talking about!
It depends on how big the chicken and the guinea pig is then you woild be able to think but i dont thing a guinea pig would.
Most girls have no idea who that is.
well you really want to lose your guinea pig's) OK but my dad said it was a bad idea to take them on a walk. They soon will probably find a way to get out of the leash
Yes most guinea pigs like at least one other guinea pig as company! but 2 girls i recommend they get on well but 2 boys may fight and a girl and a boy will mate but unless you want to breed 2 girls a recommended! Not necessarily, but it would better for the guinea pig to have another guinea pig with it for company. If you are pairing up a guinea pig to live with another, make sure that they do not fight. It would be a good idea to buy two baby guinea pigs together that were already living in the same cage in the pet store. If you have two grown guinea pigs and one dies, do not replace the guinea pig with a new baby one. Both will be in a highly uncomfortable place. So in that case, the grown guinea pig should be left alone. That guinea pig will be lonely, so it is important for the owner to give the guinea pig the daily attention he or she needs.Guinea rescues usually offer a piggie dating service to pair up older Guineas that have ended up alone.Guinea pigs don't HAVE to be with other pigs, most prefer the company of other piggies, but some just like to "stay single" for instance, I have 7 pigs, and 2 are "loners" so, when adopting a second pig, bring your current pig to make sure they get along :)
