If you know about it and don't tell anyone, then yes, i believe it is
It is against the law to attempt or aid someone commiting suicide
If you commit suicide it can't be a crime. If you attempt it in the United States it is still not a crime. India and Singapore are the only countries that I know punish for attempted suicide by 1 to 5 years in prison. It could technically be counted as a crime; however, there is no punishment conceivable for someone who has committed suicide, as they are already dead and therefore cannot feel or care about anything (unless they are watching somehow from heaven).
Your going to be dead after you commit suicide, so whys it matter?
Health care workers are both legally and ethically bound to report someone who intends to commit suicide or otherwise do themselves harm. The same is true of psychiatrists and priests. This also applies to the intent to commit a crime.
There is no law stating that suicide is illegal. Aiding suicide is illegal. If someone attempts suicide a judge can deem someone "crazy", and force them in to a psych ward. This is because it is reasonable to assume that someone that attempts suicide is not mentally stable. But there will be no criminal charge (unless a crime was broken during the suicide, like possession of a controlled substance when someone tries to OD).
No it is not illegal to commit suicide...because you can not arrest a dead person and put them on trial for a crime.. It is however illegal to fail at committing suicide which is then called attempted suicide, such as if you over dose on aspirin and are taken to the hospital and they save your life, you will then be charge with attempted suicide...
If the person is in danger from someone else, a danger to themselves (self-harm, suicide), a danger of hurting someone else, or if the person is going to commit or has committed a serious crime (sexual abuse, murder, etc).
Usually, it means you helped someone commit a crime.
Then you did not commit a crime. I assume you mean, "What do you do if you are charged with a crime you did not commit?" The answer is, "You get a lawyer."
To solicit, means you are trying to get someone to commit a crime. Conspiricy means you and at least 2 other people agree to commit a crime, and then do something to move the crime foward.
Laughing inappropriately is often a sign of defense or compensation.
when someone else commits a crime and someone else helps them afterward. Even though this person didn't commit the crime, they can still be charged.
