Well, if they say something to you and you like it and they like it. then that's a flirt; but if they say something to you about your body or something, then that is called sexual harassment and you need to see a teacher about it.
I think it entirely depends on how well you learn. If you learn better on your own I would say you can study it online and learn the same as if you were in a classroom setting. If you learn better being guided by a teacher, then a classroom setting is for you.
