Absolutely not. Get some help. Talk to a trusted adult (maybe a teacher, school counselor, friend's parent, or leader at church) about your situation.
Of course not! If your mother physically harms you in anyway at all, it is called child abuse. You may be taken away from her if she abuses you. But, to be honest, many children get hit for punishment. So, it depends. Does she have a good reason to hit you? Or no?
It all depends on what the girl is into. For most people, I believe they would say that a good boyfriend is someone who respects what the other wants and who doesn't physically or sexually abuses her.
a good drade
Some doctors say that a light scare every now and then is good for the body physically. There are opinions for every thing these days.
This is a tough situation. Abuse is NEVER okay, and finding safety is important. Talk to a teacher, guidance councilor or other trusted adult about your mother's actions. They can help you figure out what to do. Keep in mind that many individuals who were abused as children move out with their first boyfriend/girlfriend out of sheer desperation, and end up in another abusive situation. That's the last thing you want or deserve. Good luck, stay safe, and go with your gut. If a situation doesn't feel right, it isn't.
an a-hole friend.

It is not a bad thing to wear it but it is not good luck either. It's OK to wear.
The best thing about drilling in Antarctica is that it is not allowed. As well, it is not physically possible: it's too cold to support this kind of activity.
Speech of mother good
Its good exercise, both physically and mentally.
