because they aren't potty trained
yes
Not if they are already potty trained.
Most kids are ready to start potty training between the ages of 18 and 24 months. When your child has fairly good communication skills and can let you know they need to use the potty, you can start introducing the potty. Boys seem to take longer to make the leap to the potty than girls and kids with potty trained siblings tend to complete the process a lot faster than those who don't.
I think it would be a beagle
A child should be potty trained at the age of 2 so therefore if your child is still wetting themselves at age 12 then maybe you should potty train again
Yes he gos potty upside down with little kids

There are some day care centers that will require a child to be able to wear underwear before attending. If your child is not potty trained, you may want to look at other centers.
