If at a fancy restaurant and a patron is served chicken legs they should pull the meat from the bone with their knife and fork and eat what they can in that manner. If at a regular restaurant (family restaurant) it is etiquette to pick up a chicken leg and it, but be sure to wipe your mouth and hands after doing so.
