It is ok for boy's to wear girls and vice versa as long as they are clean and comfortable. Just remember you have them on before getting changed for PE etc, as it may cause other people to comment in a way you would not like.

The bottom line is that you are not affecting others by what you do to yourself, so it is no one else's business if you want to wear girls underwear. Unfortunately there are many people in this world that have closed minds as to what they think is right or wrong, just cover these items and let none be the wiser... and enjoy your dressing up :-)
