It depends on the sort of relationship you mean. If you are suggesting friendship, then yes. If you are suggesting dating relationships, well, that's entirely up to your parents or guardian; only they know you well enough to say. If you are instead referring to a sexual relationship, then no; such is illegal.

At some point don't you think all marriages remain together for the children. That's not to say it's a miserable life, but we all change and grow and consequently become different people. I am not the same person I was when I married thirteen years ago. If I was looking for a mate today would I look for the same qualities I looked for thirteen years ago? Absolutly not, but I have kids and remaining married is the right thing to do. We are happy, but I guess happy is a relative term. The age difference isn't really bad, it depends more on the maturity level of the both of you. If you're compatible then go for it, but you must recognize that you are at different places right now in life. The difference obviously isn't that big but it can interfere with your relationship.
